Instructions for preserving images after tattooing:
1. AVOID DIRECT CONTACT
- Soap, shower gel, rainwater, sunlight
- Always keep the tattoo dry

2. EAT AND DRINK
- Seafood, spinach... lead to convex shape
- Glutinous foods and peanuts can damage the skin and can easily be toxic, causing pus and the wound will take longer to heal
- Beef for tattoos with bright color patches leading to dullness
- Beer and alcohol will thin the blood and cause tissue drainage, causing moisture, making the tattoo difficult to perfect.
- Soy sauce will darken and dull the skin.

3. ACTIVITIES
- Limit vigorous exercise and sports, especially swimming or going to the gym. Sports activities will cause the sweat glands to secrete more mild acids in the sweat glands, which can make the tattoo more difficult to perfect.

4. MAINTENANCE TIME
- Depending on the type of tattoo as well as the detail of the image, along with each person's skin condition, the tattoo will have different healing times, most commonly it will last about 5-7 days. You can practice sports after 5-7 days.

5. HOW TO USE CREAM
- You should apply lotion to the tattoo 2-3 times a day, especially before going to bed. This helps the tattoo have a certain amount of moisture, leading to smoother cell regeneration and of course your tattoo will be much more beautiful after healing.

NOTE:
- During the healing process, the tattoo will be very itchy. You absolutely must not scratch, the best solution is to apply a thin layer of lotion or pat gently to satisfy the itch.
